they paid out i cashed out twice there 2 big withdrawls but id stay clear. I laid a bet for 500 dollars on tiger woods even money to beat lee westwood. I called up to check on my previous cashout zach got mad with me because i said i was to worried about my big cashout and bugging him to much pulled the place credited back to my account i have never seen a book just pull a play in the middle of a play. Closed my account they did pay my balance but basically stole 500 dollars from me because i would of won that play. Id stay clear if zach cant explain this.

his reasoning was why should i be mad about a 500 dollar bet not being paid when i deposited a small amount and won a lot and got paid out in full what a joke

You account was NOT closed because you were winning , but were a pain in the butt to deal with, and I explained that to you personally.

If there was a problem, why bring it up 2 months later. It was not a problem for you back then.

never. never. never a good idea for a book or a representative of a book to go back a forth in a public forum with a poster. just let SBR take over, if you think you were right. makes the book always look petty. can't see why any book should have the right to cancel an excepted bet unless it's a bad line or past post. hope i get to hear the reason. it can't be, just your a pain in the ass so we are cancelling your pending wager. and if it is, i know i would not want them to be holding my money, or wagers.

I don't know anything about this shop or this particular complaint but why shouldnt a company defend itself on a`public forum if people are on there bashing you. It is not petty, there are way too many posters complaining about books who are shot takers and and cheats in some form or another.

In fact, I have alot more respect for the majority of reputable books than I do for the majority of posters who complain about books, in so many cases the punter is doing something dodgy. There are so many complaints from posters looking to take a shot at books on these forums, it makes it that much harder to believe the cases where the gambler has a legitimate grievance.

This is one shop I would never play at... they cold call my house all the time.. to the point that my father ends up picking up the phone while im at work, and has a short convo with one of their reps in Spanish.. This is beyond unacceptable...

I really hope you can turn things around and are able to lose some if not all of that Bet33 baggage.
Our mutual buddy 'Jon Cheers' has made believers out of a pretty tough crowd in SBR. Buckle in for the long haul with top notch CS, and quick dependable payouts. It seems like that simple two step is not so simple for too many shops, but it seems like the only road that leads to a monster client list of very loyal customers.

What was the status of the bet at the time the bet was pulled--was Woods way ahead? Also, did you accept the cancelation in order to receive your remaining funds faster?

5dimes cancel my wager couple of times after it started.. They will just completly delete it and when you complain to Tony, you know what happens... NOTHING.

was the 17th hole ( i didnt accept the cancelation he told me that is all and wouldnt talk to me and if i wanted to see my money in a timely matter i wouldnt call back. ) Griffen told me to wait 2 weeks for zach aka robbie to calm down and do the right thing. Its simple...they have sportsbooks databases with all your info from other sportsbetting place then they open an account and call you and tell them customers that they have money in there account and then you are a customer...then they retain 10% of the people they give free money too by that policy...much cheaper than advertising
