Early check in shouldn't b an issue, the new York Milano in the taj is my fab restaurant in ac, Morton's at caesars and Carmine's in trip are very good as well...

For poker/horses/tables/ nightlife go to borgata...

Watch ur back walking strip/boardwalk in early morning hours...

You'll have a good time, check out the revel as well for restaurants/nightlife...

Ac is not bad just keep youre money in youre sock if you are walking the boardwalk at night. L ville kids post was spot on. Try the knife and fork restaurant it has been a classic in Ac for a very long time.

Went to AC for Bach Party. Was outside for as long as it took to get from terminal to cab; and cab to entrance of the Borgata. Never left the place, nor did it look like I should have.

At the Tropicana,the Quarter is pretty solid....A few good restaurants and fun bars there (Cuba Libre, Red Square, Carmine's.....Even the sports bar there is a good time)

Also, Trop is a fun young crowd and I always seem to win there

Borgata Steakhouse is top notch (Old Homestead).....Got the Surf and Turf there and it was unreal

Borgata clubs are fun and it's pretty much the best casino in AC overall.....Poker Room is pretty much top notch there if you're into that

Never tried the new casino, Revel, but I'm sure the restaurants there are really good as its brand new and a classy place

Overall, Atlantic City is not even close to Las Vegas, but it has everything you need to have a blast

my buddy from college is getting married.. he is from New Jersey.. works in the city.. so do a lot of my friends.. they decided to do it in AC.. main reason I am going is to see old college friends..

i went to ac for a bachelor party a few years ago and the ripper clubs were atrocious

went to one byob a little out of the way and the girls they trotted out looked like a police lineup of meth addicts....then we went to one closer to the main drag and there were three or four girls on the floor and about 400 douchebags with their roosters in their hands

The nicer ones usually hang out in Caesars. Borgata has a little tighter security so not many hang out in there.
