When a bet if your favorite team is going to lose or lose a bet and have your favorite team win. For me it is always my favorite team unless I'm putting big $ up.

for brewers in nlcs last year i did an emotional hedge and put $1000 on the cardinals to win the series. so i wasn't "too" upset because i was $2000 or so richer with the cards winning.
i would highly recommend those emotional hedges for big games with your favorite teams. keeps the highs from being too high and the lows from being too low.Comment
