Obama hinted that if the Texas Rangers fall closer to .500 after this Executive Order is executed he may consider allowing the Rangers to go back to a 9 man team.

1992 - 1st Bush left under a recession

1992-2000 Clintons....tremendous job growth and balanced the budget. Bill/Hillary also bombed out the Serbs and stopped that war. Pretty solid job by some so called pansy a$$ liberals. They also weren't stupid enough to put in troops like dummy

2000-2008 2nd Bush....more trickle down nonsense...huge deficit due to pointless wars and a total $hitstorm for Obama in 08
