If you win at BoDog your limits are cut to nothing. Once again a guy like you can get bonuses anywhere. For a sharp like Skippy he needs low vig. Plus books confiscate bonuses if you are any good.

I was up at Bodog when I got my last bonus. I saw their terms but I asked them by email if I was eligible and they said yes. And I got a bonus. If you don't ask, you don't get.
The current Bodog offer is a 20% bonus with a 5x rollover.
Or you can try VIP which is a 20% bonus with a 4x rollover.
Take your pick.

I'd pat you on the back there, raiders72001 if it wasn't the fact that the value of the $1000 after the rollover changed from $886.25 in the first example to $1124 in the second.
But I agree with you, a 10% bonus with a 5x rollover is nowhere comparable to a book that lets you bet at +105 either side, gives you an extra 1/2 point and also gives you a free $100 everytime you cash out.

Not really sure what to say here....other than I do find some of the bonuses to be a hassle specifically if you have to roll them over 20x or more. But they are nice and are a good incentive to attract recreational bettors which I think they are there more for. I guess I really don't have much of an opinion on them.
I agree that bettors should look beyond bonuses especially if you are serious about this but should not ignore them altogether that is.
