Minet, I know all about the jugular, it was very intense the 500 times I probably did it there...I was taught at a very young age to save your arms and just abuse the toes... Best advice ever...Nothing like sitting back, heating that spoon up, get your rig out and do a boot right between your toes.. Minet, knows, the toes knows!
