Great day out here too in central Pa Blondie. Absolutely beautiful.

No plays here tonight, but I'll tell you a 3 unit play for me this weekend and that is the Canucks Sunday, money line. Danny Sedin is back and will be closer to full speed and Schneider will be a stud again in goal. It will be chalky and it will be worth it.

A small part of me wants a Canucks future bet to win the series but I'm just not there yet.

I am off the next two days and even though I have a lot to do to catch up from the week, still excited!

Either tonight or tomorrow, I get to watch my sister perform the lead role in the Sound of Music (She's a Senior in high school...)

We have volunteer stuff Saturday as well as a porkburger fundraiser

I live in a small town with three stop lights, one grocery store and the only thing open at 3am in one gas station lol. One of those towns were a murder only happens every ten or so years and it shocks the community, school lockdowns are a huge deal, and when someone gets arrested EVERYONE knows about it.

In fact, we occassionally have a family of deer that will be seen in this part of town just walking through yards and along the railroad tracks.

The biggest cause of pollution is the CIPS plant not to far out of town...

Friday is usually packed with everything that built up from the other five days and Saturday the kids usually keep us running!

I must say though, SBR has been wonderful about when kid stuff spills over into Sunday

Haha good point! My husband was pulled over one night and didn't have a new insurance card on him and I was asked a few days later why we didn't have insurance on our vehicles. Worst part about it, the cop turned on his lights two houses down from us and he pulled in our driveway, but just couldn't wait for me to print a new one off

I did move away for about a year and a half, but then I had kids and got married. I like the fact that my kids can play in the neighborhood and I don't have to worry about them constantly, I can send them outside during the summer and know they will check in when they need to come inside for something, that I can send them to school and not have to worry to much about it. I grew up with most of the teachers or I had them as teachers myself (although they have gotten really old), they can ride their bikes up to the store or gas station, and I know where most of the country rode hangouts are as they get older

It wasn't a bad place to grow up since my mom worked nights, I usually did my chores and had the day to myself to do whatever as long as I was home before the streetlights came on. I couldn't imagine raising kids in the city and them missing out on things like going horseback riding at a friends house, going camping, having a huge garden, fishing at the state park, or even mushroom hunting.

That and the cost of living is very reasonable overall. Homes are cheap compared to other areas, property taxes are a lot lower than areas around us, and less pollution.
