had you faded every game, betting $50 a game, you would be sitting at a balance of $262.50

they, along with KC are another ones im keeping my eye on

last year houston didn't string together a winning streak of more then 4 games. and that was maybe 3-4 times. their longest losing streak was 7 with about 7-8 streaks of 4 or 5.

Fade the Cubs. Love them, but my god they can't win games. They can't score typically and their bullpen is awful. Even if the starting pitcher does keep them close, the bullpen blows it immediately.

I've been tinkering with a system and noticed the trend. Equally as trendy is DET team total over at home, but overs are always risky in case of injury and whatnot.

I did mean team totals. I'm sure the games are going under as well since PIT hardly musters 3 runs but to limit variance I stick with fading their brutal offense.

Went big on Over 8 last night w/Stros/Milw since Wolf sucks too. Spreading the wealth works pretty well for the NFL....pretty sad for baseball when teams like Houston, KC, Oakland, etc. are basically eliminated in April

I think it's safe to not only bet PIT team totals under all season but also chasing the losses. It seems the team is incapable of scoring more than 3 runs in consecutive games.

Same goes for the Mets.

Houston is already eliminated because of years of mismanagement by their front office (i.e. not going over slot for draft picks, giving up draft picks in exchange for average free agents and giving said free agents huge deals, making questionable trades, closing their Venezuelan facility, etc...) not because of economic disparity of MLB. That being said they actually have a positive run differential.
Kansas City is a talented team whose record doesn't reflect the quality of baseball they've played thus far and will be much more competitive going forward.
I'm not as familiar with Oakland's dilemma, but you may actually have a point there.
