I would put Boys at -13

Yeah that's what I had for the Dallas game as well, -13 or so.

I'd imagine if Palmer plays it could be as low as -10 but probably more like -11 or -12. If Palmer doesn't play, which is looking likely, I'd put it at atleast -14.
