I do always, warnings are different then watches. warnings are like 80 percent right now with the new technology . even compared to last year the technology is much better. they were able to predict this tornadoes 24 hours in advance.

so if you don't you are taking a big risk. just go in your basement intill it passes. make sure you have some candles/flash light if power goes out. my family still has about 6-10 of those candles from the olden times where they used for light. and you can hold.
plus a radio with batteries, but with cell phones now as long as your fully charged you are good to go. but we have a wind up radio.

it has been terrible, ever since their was a tornadoes here a few years ago that blew up all of the power boxes(actually made a building explode), every time even a minor storm comes the power goes out for 3-4 hours. if a major one hits we may be without it for all night intill the next afternoon.
