    Another bullpen implosion and blown save
    Tired of getting crushed by bullpens... Heath Bell just blew his second save in 2 chances with a 3 run 9th inning lead...

    Have any of your seen so many bullpens blow leads like this last week?

    Omg.... Now Logan Morrison drops a easy fly ball and 4 runs in..

                      it is because they are not good relievers that get overvalued by clubs.

                      the padres got a steal out of this. it is the reason they didn't trade bell last season. he was a type A free agent which means if he signs with another team the padres get that teams first round draft pick and a sandwich round pick. no one was going to offer that much for bell so the padres keep him.

                          i would also be concerned with the braves relievers. they got majorly overworked last year and could see some decline in production later in the season.

                          i also remember seeing that bullpens, even with the same pitchers, fluctuate wildly in production from year to year.
                          they always regress to the mean bullpen average.

                                                  can't help but LMFAO about heath bell. feel sorry for the marlin fans who'll have to deal with this fukkin bum for the next 3 years. he was a gas can in san diego, but got sheltered by the stadium.
