Anyone else DISGUSTED by Vancouver CanSUCKS?

This is becoming a regular season hockey team. Granted, they're getting to play 30 minutes a game on the power play, but they are utterly pathetic to watch in the first 2 games.

The upper brass was REALLY excited when they beat the measly Oilers to clinch the Presidents Cup, like that matters at all. Then they get to the playoffs, and let a team with less talent hand it to them in their own barn TWICE.

As a Canadian, this is as depressing to watch. Only like 2 teams have won the Cup with a non-Canadian captain.

Defense just watched today. I didn't see the first King's goal but saw the last 3. I noticed on all of them the defense was standing around pinching their pipes. The Brown breakaway, clear example of the defense pinching in. Brown's third goal the defense stood there and watched him pitch fork Luongo. The last goal, the wrap around, both defensemen were sprawled out on the ice while the center jumped over Luongo making himself and the goalie out of position. Debacle after debacle.

Yes Lou was good tonight (minus the 4th goal when he gave up on the play) but it's called changing momentum. And now they have their easy out to let Schneider play and give him a shot. The team for whatever reason plays way better in front of Schneids.

I really do wonder if they go with Schneider next game. I've always secretly hoped they'd trade him to Edmonton since he's better than what we got. With Luongo locked in for so long they've made it nearly impossible to get rid of him. And he plays 60-70 games a year, you don't even need a very good backup.

I am 85% positive Schneider will be starting next game. With the new Collective Bargaining Agreement meetings this summer there are rumors of giving teams "Mulligans" so to speak on horrible contracts they have made. I am praying hard for this to be true so we can get rid of his ridiculous contract once and for all!

They are playing terrible, especially on the powerplay. But look at any other team in the league. If your leading scorer who is also one of your 3 best players is out you are most likely going to lose. It is rare to see a team with one of their best players missing win playoff series.

Hated the score last night but loved the fight. Could have went either way. Canucks missed on a few glorious chances and LA got the better bounces and took advantage. Lu payed great.

LA was 40-17-15 and 8th place so lets not be so shocked at them winning a couple games. Last year Boston lost games 1 and 2 at home to the Habs and we all know what happened.
