I bet them last week, what a fukup, a total colapse, cost me plenty and I was steaming.

But a strange thing happened, I had zero desire to look at this weeks games, never watched a football game, nor did I make a bet on any. It felt good.

I remembered my loss last week and how much I dislike betting NFL. Nicky's post summed it up well for me.

I haven't lost a proper soccer bet in ages. At least it sticks to form, whereas NFL, any team can have their day, no matter what the state of the franchise is.

Just sit back and watch the sport... it's much more enjoyable. That's unless you support the Bears like I do and watch them throw away 20 point leads every week!

Good advice.

I can't watch just one game at a time, the fukkin commercial breaks annoy me so much that I'll change the channel so that I don't have to watch the ads, I have the NFL pack on cable so I can surf the games.
