Have you ever felt remorse after gambling? 5. Did you ever gamble to get money with which to pay debts or otherwise solve financial difficulties? 6. Did gambling cause a decrease in your ambition or efficiency? 7. After losing, did you feel you must return as soon as possible and win back your losses? 8. After a win, did you have a strong urge to return and win more? 9. Did you often gamble until your last dollar was gone? 10. Did you ever borrow to finance your gambling? 11. Have you ever sold anything to finance your gambling? 12. Were you reluctant to use gambling money for normal expenditures? 13. Did gambling make you careless of yourself or your family? 14. Have you ever gambled longer than you had planned? 15. Have you ever gambled to escape worry and trouble? 16. Have you ever committed or considered committing an illegal act to finance gambling? 17. Has gambling caused you to have difficulty in sleeping? 18. Have arguments, disappointment, or frustrations caused you to gamble? 19. Have you had an urge to celebrate any good fortune with a few hours of gambling? 20. Have you ever considered self-destruction as a result of your gambling?
Probably 90% of the people on this forumn can answer yes to most, if not all of these questions. Why can't just a recreational gambler be happy with the a $25 bet, instead of trying to break the bank. I still get the same rush with $25 on a game than I do if I have a dime on the game. Betting what we can afford and money management is of the utmost importance, even more important than picking the winners.
We all see what you must be going through, as something that could happen to each one of us if we got in over our heads, if it hasn't happened already. Hopefully, posters can learn from this.
Keep us posted on your situation, maybe some posters will be able to help you out.

I think he needs a lot more than that. Would it be conceivable for posters to donate what they want to one of his accounts? Could we get enough people to help him out?He then could post his plays and we could see if he could get enough to get out of his debt. Or if we could get him a quick 1K and try a longshot of Chicago White Sox at 23-1 odds.
I don't know. I just hope he's ok.

I would donate to a Richie fund if I knew he would not gamble anymore and get off the drugs, but that is never going to happen so it would be a waste of money in the end.

i dont care how much property he has or how much he's worth.. the way he's compulsive in his gambling with the chasing and he bets alot of favs, doesn't respect lines.. bets horses.. no matter what, i hate to say this, but no matter how much he has now.. richie will lose it all in a matter of time..and you can take that to the bank..
richie, one word of advice buddy.. take it easy a bit and slow down before you end up dead..

you'd be very surprised slicker as to what this gambling disease can do to people.. it has bankrupted many people.. slicker, if i am worth 1 million today... and i lose 300k in 2 yrs.. do you think i am not going to want to continue to make back that 300k? and then if i lose another 300k, and now down 600k, do you think i'd be happy with having only 400k left to my name, when 2 yrs ago, i had 1 million? and then you start betting much bigger to try to recoup your 600k cause you know that betting your usual will NEVER make it back and you get desperate.. and then you lose it all..
slicker, gambling is a disease man.. people never know when it's enough. they always want to get back to where they were, but never do.. this can happen to richie, OR anyone here..

Just got done having lunch with the local. Paid a 1/4 of what I owe and will pay the balance soon. No betting though until payed. So all I have for the next 2-3 weeks is CreditWagering.

onner, richie's next vid will be his most viewed vid.. by far..and might make the top 10 most view vid in SBR history.. if not, top 5...
everyone is going to be tuning in... everyone and their grandmother will tune in here. people will be curious to see what state he's in.. will he look depressed.. will he look stoned... will he be drunk from all the sht he went through.. will he say he paid the bookie.. will he say he stiffed him.. what will he say exactly. what will be his reaction?? and most important..after getting swept big time.. will he actually have the guts to announces a 5 star lock? i mean, lets be honest here. after going 1-13 yesterday, who is going to take this lock seriously.. but you know he's going to still do it.. it's his passion.. and will anyone play that 5 star lock?? no -1400/yes +1100..
but you know richie doesn't care, he'll still say his 5 star lock.. lol..
richie, you better make this vid a good one, cause you know it will be your highest viewed vid of all time.. hands down.. everyone is so curious to see what you have to say after that black sunday yesterday..
make it good, richie..

Nicky, I will play his 5 star lock. Give me yes +1100....that is a bad line. No matter how cold he has been, you have to realize that even a broken clock is right twice a day and he is due!

JJ, I could sense the true emotion in your voice. We joke around alot, but gambling can ruin lives. Richie may have been the first...I wonder who will be next to go up.

i gotta ****ed up story for ya i got 3 checks from sportsbetting.com and all 3 checks bounced.I had to get copies of the bounced checks and fax them back to them so they can put the money in my acct.I withdrew 2 checks and had 2,000 wired to me.I CHECK MY ACCT 5 DAYS LATER NO MONEY.I GOTTA letter from my back same day stating my acct with them was being closed due to the bounced checks totally 7,200.Im pretty furious at this point.I already had about 3 grand in there,so not only cant i touch my own money at this point.I havent even received the 7,200 in any shape or formIve been waiting about 3 weeks now and nothing.I keep getting the run around. Its been processed sir you should get it in 5 days,so either way im screwed. When i get the checks i cant even cash them because my acct was closed.I gotta try and open up somewhere else.Which i was told by friends this goes on your credit report and banking history. These dot heads over in India have done me in good.Well i guess this why gambling is called gambling.I really took it personnel when my bank acct was closed.I have bills due next week and my money is on freeze.iI just want my 7,000 and ill will be done with those guys.Well anyway at this point i guess i have to cut my loses and move on.
