26 titles IS amazing, history buffs will agree, but this year is sweet, no Yanks no Mets!

Hey the Yankees and Mets rivalry is basically BS. The Yankees have this "history" on their side but how many of those rings were more than five years ago? All of them!

Yanks didn't make the playoffs, Mets didn't make the playoffs, they are both moving to a new stadium.. this is the new start of an era to both of them. Therefore I call it 0-0 with 14:59 left in the first quarter.

Yanks win the history battle, Yanks barely win the "since 2000" battle.

I'm loyal to the team I'm wagering on, when a local team is successful I'll be there to celebrate, if they stink (which they often do), my life/happiness will not be affected in any way.

There are a lot of anti-fans, as I call them, all over the world these days, people who root against something more than the ever root for something. The media trains them with the smack down talk shows and spending more time reporting a major star in trouble with the law than they do with players that are good on and off the fields/courts.
