                true but Oklahoma was in the top 5 at the beginning and has done nothing wrong since even if Bama keeps moving up you can't put OU #2

                  I don't think it is a matter of "not doing anything wrong." The top 25 is a ranking of what voters believe are the BEST teams as a result of their performance. Not doing anything wrong isn't a good argument for going to a national championship. Bama, obviously is going beyond "not doing things wrong." Bama is doing what they and every other team needs to do to reach a national championship, win against quality opponents.
