Spolestra is a great coach. They need to trade Wade. Look @ them without Wade. LeBron gets to play basically 1,2,3 and he dominates like in Cleveland. They should trade Wade for a good big guy. I would trade Dwade and another role player to memphis for Rudy Gay and Marc Gasol. The thing between dwade and lebron is just going down hill. They are both so mental and show little toughness.
