#7If you break down how much MLB.tv costs, it's really worth it. Just don't have dinner out with friends one night and that's one month's subscription.Comment -

#9How much data do you use to stream a game?Originally posted by MUHerd37MLB.tv is fukkin nice. Love it on my iPad and pc. HD quality on pc.
If I'm on a 4gb/month plan it doesn't seem feasible to be able to use the ipad - unless your using wi-fi.

#14I full game can come close to a gig when streaming, depending on video quality and how long the game ends up being. This is where having a grandfathered Verizon unlimited data plan really comes in handy.Comment -

#15Yea, any plan that limits you will not work. So much for iPad on vacation/beach. Maybe just the audio would work.Originally posted by qsilver335I full game can come close to a gig when streaming, depending on video quality and how long the game ends up being. I got the MLB premium package for a month. I watched a partial HD game the other day and it was 1.2GB - I was using my wi-fi.
Being able to watch any game any night is pretty cool though, and I'm not even a big baseball fan.
I already have the NFL package thru DTV.Comment
