What are your actual chances of winning? If you can pick #'s from 0 to 9 then that's awful. If you only pick #'s from 1 to 4 it's still bad but not nearly as bad as the Government run Lottery.

wisconisn doesnt pay out much for box big 3. i got a pick 3 right once on 5dimes and wont a couple hundred if i remember correctly. a-lot more then what wisky would pay me.

I know your a street guy Minet but your wrong here...Nj is pari-mutal, PA pays out 500-1 regardless of how much is in the tank. Jersey blows, waste of money. Can get 700-1 on street in PA.
