Scaffolding collapse in my neighborhood during a roof replacement job and worker Barack Osama fell 40 ft from the rafters and landed on the outdoor grill propane tank and exploded in flames!

I still would like to know more about the propane tank and grill. He fell on top of the grill while the owner of the house was grilling burgers. He was covered with tar from nailing shingles all day and his clothes were very flammable when he hit the grill.
