No Response to Private Messages from SBR

What does it take to get a response from the SBR administrators and Moderators when using the Private Message feature on the SBR web site. Sent two PM's several days ago and no response.

alta, you can use the PM function on the message board if you want - use the following format:

[ nameofperson ]message here[ /nameofperson ]

If you do it in the above format then only that particular person will be able to see what you've written - leave the spaces out within the [] though.

For example, here is a message that you will only be able to see:

Sean answered my pm initially but then realised my problem was too hard for him and the techies so he gave up and never answered again.

Despite having invested several man hours on the matter, none of the programmers here can duplicate your issue, even when using your exact account settings. Unless you can tell me that you're having the same problem on a different PC (as requested previously), all indications are that something is amiss with your browser/internet settings.

Have you had the chance to try on a different PC yet?

As I don't monitor the forum 24/7 and am responsible for managing the Costa Rica office, staff of 16+, as well as several ongoing projects in addition to SBR Contests, sometimes priorities preclude an instant response to all inquiries (such as those dealing with a matter that must be decided upon 4 weeks in the future).
