#4Thanks Arch, the sign isn't clear in the vid. Luckily I took a pic because I've had problems uploading vids in the past.
I'm going to have to search later to find out more about roo and ostrich meat in Canada...

Mike, or easier when the signs are near the ground.
I'm not an experienced vid taker. Eye of the camera isn't always where I'm looking.Comment -

#11For those that havent tried it Kangaroo and Ostrich taste VERY Gamey...If their euthanized in a relaxed state it does make the meat taste a little more flavoursome...Comment -

#12I found out that Dick's supplier for ostrich and roo meat is in Gatineau, QC. The ostriches are locally raised and the kangaroo meat is imported from Australia. Would have to be kept frozen for the journey from AU to CA.Comment -

#19There will be no roo burgers in my future. Just saw a pic that will be etched in my mind.
Too cute to kill or eat.

#20Haha sickler. Roo cooked medium/raw and seasoned properly can actually be quite tasty.
Not a fan myself but a few friends quite enjoy it. Kangaroo is a pest around these parts anyway so what better way of controlling numbers :-)Comment -
