Last time I had that idea was the 1990 World Series between Oakland AND Cincy. I dont get ideas like that anymore.

They're going to sweep Weaver, Haren and Santana? They may not score 5 runs in the series.

I think he's suggesting to chase the Angels.

Haren and Santana are beatable -- especially given the short leash/limited pitch count for starters in April. Royals have some solid young talent at the plate: Butler, Hosmer, Gordon, etc.

Side bet? I will say they score more than 5 runs.

You are crazy if u are going to bet KC for the sweep. In Anaheim? Pujols debut with the team? He was on fire in spring training. The pitching is crazy good. I honestly think KC will be better this year but won't be surprised if the Angels sweep them this series. Good luck Bruce Chen.

Of course they're beatable. I'm saying, for the Royals, they aren't sweepable.

Took a nice prop actually for this game. The chalk is kinda high but this will hit. Pujols total bases over Butler. Pujols was the best hitter in spring. First game for Pujols as a Angel. Pujols batting at home against Bruce Chen and Butler on the road batting against Weaver. Pujols has much better chance of hitting for extra bases (home run) then Butler. Don't get me wrong, I like Butler. He is very under valued as a hitter but there is no way he out hits Pujols tonight. Pujols -165 for the win.

got it at -150 earlier, bet $45 to win $30, nothing big, but liked it as well... better hitter, and obviously facing easier pitcher...
