Alabama v. Georgia
Best game on the board this weekend, as far as matchups in College. What is the consensus here? Does anyone think Alabama can actually beat Georgia straight up? If Nick Saban can pull this off he will solidify his position as one of the best coaches in the college game.

2 weeks ago I thought Georgia was #1, but they havent impressed me, even though they made me money!

Thats what I mean, big Joe. If Alabama beats them, Nick Saban is one of the best. He leaves LSU after a national title. Comes back after coaching the dolphins(where he sucked)...and now has Alabama on the verge of a top 3 team...if they can beat Georgia.Comment -

Nick Saban hasnt beaten Richt since 2003
However I do think bama has a chance to win outright. Last year went down to overtime. UGA is a better team this year minus the pass rush. I'm not sold on John Parker Wilson handling the pressure of playing in Athens for a HUGE game.
The key will be UGAs O-line containing the monsters of Bamas D-line. It will be a tight game and just for the thrill I put small wager on UGA covering the spread.
If the UGA team that played Florida/Auburn/Hawai last year shows up then they will win easily.

The line is perfect here...this game is a coin flip. I have Georgia winning by 6, both teams play great run d but I like Georgia's chances at running the ball a little better. Georgia can be hurt by the pass but they also have a pretty good passing offense. Neither team turns it over.
If I had to pick I'd take Bama and the points cause it's so evenly matched. But the better team is playing at home, tough call.Comment -
