Yeah the article is alright. It won't be of much interest to non-Americans, I don't think.
We won't get into the fact that Covers' recommended list is directing people right into the teeth of these payout problems being so carefully explained here.

Whoever wrote it works in an accts dept for a book or had someone there write it for them.
Was written for Americans, whether they choose to accept it as fact or not, is up to them.
Same issues are applying at various degrees for all books when dealing with paying US players whether they are on Covers paid list or SBR's or MW's or EOG's.
Reading it right through the writer has dumbed it down a bit, awfully, awfully close though.
