TV. Last years WS champs vs. the hot new team in a new ball park with a revamped lineup, and one of the best pitchers in the game going for the home team.

I read somewhere they usually do a one game stand with a new stadium. I guess they did it when the nationals opened their park too. Not sure why not just have their 3 game series but who knows.

Agree don't see why they can't have a 3 or 4 game home stand... would seem to make more sense... cards travel to brewers friday

Yea seems dumb, but it has happened before. All i know is the Reds open every year at home never away. Only team in MLB that gets that honor

Doubt the whole season, however the new lineup and pitching staff looks somewhat promising to compete in the NL East. They'll have more than 500 fans however LOL.

The Astros always begin at home every year as well. But it is because they play in a dome!

MLB doesn't know what they're doing

they opened the season at 6 AM and then you have this nonsense. Opening the season again a week later with a one night stand.
