I'd definitely take the under as well, 2 good pitchers. Even though it is the first game of the year you have Lohse, and Johnson pitching. Johnson has always been a shutout pitcher, and without Albert in the lineup for St. Louis they'll have to begin playing small ball.

Lohse isn't really the shut-out pitcher that the Cardinals look to begin the season filling the number 1 spot, however with many new faces in the Marlins lineup, they'll need to find their tempo in the first upcoming weeks, before getting in the swing of things. I believe this will be a 3-2 final score.

I'm glad to hear I'm in line with others. I have it at like 8.8 runs, and I was beginning to wonder if I was way off, particularly when the line opened at +100 on over 7.

420ft left center, 416 straight center, 392 right power alley .....in that first opening game even with all the power hitters on Yanks & Marlins, no one even came close to hitting a home run....and that wasnt against an ace like Johnson.....this game will be ending in a 3-2 type score today.
