Anyway, I was asking them tonight about transferring money book-to-book. You'd have to be insane to play there with their $.20 lines for baseball. I was on their live-help, and it's like pulling teeth trying to get answers out of them.
It basically went like this:
Me: Do you guys do book to book transfers?
Them: Yes.
Me: Can I get a list of the potential books?
Them: Well, what book do you want, and we will let you know if it's available?
Me: Why can't you just give me the list?
Them: Management doesn't like that, we aren't allowed. Can you just tell us what book you want and we will let you know?
Me: Fine, how about 5Dimes?
Them: Yes.
Me: Heritage?
Them: No.
Me: America Card Room? (I know I could get rakeback here, same network)
Them: I'm not sure.
Me: What? I thought you had a list? What happened? Did it disappear?
Them: Our list is small, you really need to speak to management.
