Looks to me like it is the general rul e that most places already use. You get arrested and processed and go into general population at the local county lock up to await ttrial you get searched, more than likely strip searched.

They make everyone take showers anyway so during that they just make you bend over and cough.

So really nothing new here.

Bottomline is if you dont want to get strip searched dont break the law. or at least dont get arrested for something you cant bail yourself out on. The beauty is all these dead beats with bench warrants who fail to appear for court (and are ineligible for bail) are the ones who are going to find it most offensive. But hey show up for court when youre supposed to and it wont happen.

I've been patted down by the TSA and it is uncomfortable. However, I would rather get bodyscanned and patted down than get on a plane with a radical islamist and get blown out of the air.
