This is why I bailed. I was thinking % of weight loss - I'm the smallest so I could drop a chunk as I won't have to give up anything, change my diet too much, etc. But I can only lose so much. After that, my body will go in starvation mode.
And muscle weighs more than fat. Keep that in mind guys.

Big Day is gonna get jacked with the way he is going? High-protein turkey and two-a-days? The guy already looks like a beast.
To the potential winner: cut out the carbs, stick to low-fructose/low-sugar veggies and fruits, and for meats, keep them ultra lean and ultra healthy (fish + chicken are best, no red meats). If you stick to that diet, only drink water, and do some cardio 4 times a week -- you will lose 10% in 60 days.
The first 10% is always the easiest to lose physically, but hardest mentally. Once you get that first 10% off, the next 10% will be all you want in your mind but your body might not be able to give it.
