    Superbook/Sportsbook Debit Card
I ordered a debit card from superbook to get payouts. I got the card and activated it. I received an e-mail from superbook saying my withdrawal was processed.

Does anyone know a website where I can login and check to see if any money was loaded to the debit card?

Does anyone have one of these cards? Is there a monthly fee? What is the fee to withdrawal cash from an atm with the card? Thanks.

Excellent. I've been waiting for the card myself. If it works I may even to continue to play there. How long ago did you request it?

I requested my withdrawal by debit card from my superbook account on 8/19. I received my debit card on 9/16 then had to sign some forms and scan them and e-mail the forms back to them and the card was activated on 9/19. My superbook account shows a payment sent date of 9/24 but I think this just means superbook approved the withdrawal and sent it to their processor to be paid.

I thought that all debit cards that are sent should already have that info already included in the same envelope. Sportsbook is acting too strangely regarding payouts that is very hard to speculate what's real and what's not.

Why not just go to the ATM and do a balance inquiry? Probably a fee for that.

I can check the debit card balance at an atm but it gets frustrating to have to go to an atm every time to check the balance to see if the money has hit my card yet.

I have gotten multiple payouts with the debit card but they don't seem to be paying the amount I requested or if they are paying the full amount then it seems the debit card fees are hundreds of dollars.

I have not had any luck getting answers from the debit card company about fees they charge or about how I can check my balance online.

Does anyone else have one of these debit cards? Is there a monthly fee? What is the fee to withdrawal cash from an atm with the card?

Does anyone with a debit card know a website where I can login and check my debit card balance and transaction history?

Be very careful of the fees...probably 20-30 a transaction including balance inquiry
