Those things hit less than a handful of times per year, and usually on games which you'd least expect it. A good rule of thumb, at least to me, is to take games in the +3 range where you like the underdog to win outright and hope they cover.

So take a +3, and a couple of -3's, but do it with 6 point pleasers; payout is less but you're already really stretching it even giving up 6 points, 17-1 is sufficient for 3 team combo. You can always push on the -3, win the other two legs and get a 6-1 payday.

Las Palmas offers 18/1 on 3-teamers. I'm curious about anything better than +650 for 2-teamers or better than +1800 for 3-teamers. Better than +5000 for 4-teamers is of interest as well.

I wouldn't suggest pleasing teams that are already double digit favorites, if anything I think a slightly better play would be pleasing down a dog. I'm no authority on this subject, but I do think my earlier suggestion of pleasing a +3 that you would back on the ML is a higher % leg to play than laying 14.5pts for instance.
