He spoke to reporters from his office on the 26th floor of the McNamara Federal Building in downtown Detroit. The office looks out on the Detroit River, as well as southwest Detroit.

Well he isn't lying. I know this because I have been there a few times to take some paper work over from attorney's office. But I am sure he is there for other bullshit. Who knows. I should meet this guy for an ice cream cone.
