You have a nice gun collection. I'm a gun enthusiast myself but could only shell out $99 for a hi-point 9mm. With a life time warranty. I always joked with the wife if someone broke in I'd end up having to throw it at them.

Nothing wrong with a High Point, especially with the warranty. 95% of those with an opinion about it probably have neither owned or shot one, yes there have been complaints but we see that with a lot of manufacturers.

I always joke around with the guys, probably gather up the kids and cower in the corner of the bedroom with the 1911, .40 or .380. You'll never get that .380 off of me, I've been known to sleep with it in my pocket. I have guns strategically placed in every room of the house.
