Man the Heat really did it to me again today. I am always a sucker on those small lines on the road. If they would have dominated like I thought I would have won so much today (Clippers ML would be pending) I would have been up about $700 instead I am down about $700. That's a pretty big ass swing. Conversely if you're winning a bunch of games you're more probable to keep on winning. So when you're on a hot streak, bet more... When you're losing your ass, bet less.

In the sportsbook and/or the casino, you have to hit em when you get em. You may be on the tables for a few hours but there's those few minutes when you get on a roll when you have to hammer your bets. You can win more in a few minutes than in a few hours. The problem is that most people are scared to push it when given the opportunity. They often bet the same amount game after game, thus bleeding a slow painful death. I was on a blackjack table where we had 2 incredible shoes back to back. The guy next to me didn't lose a hand in an entire 7 deck shoe and only loss 2 hands in that second shoe. He was betting $5/hand and was up ~$400. He was excited but he should have been up a few thousand if he would have pressed his bets properly. About an hour later he gave back about $200. All at $5/hand.

It's like the stock market... Win high and lose low. How do you know when to bet high and when to bet low?? Why of course, past results. If you're getting your ass kicked, stop placing so many bets and lower the amounts. If you're winning, press it up. Pretty simple.

Thta's what mine used to look like too, until my minimum bet became $500 and I started throwing entire $7,000 balances on games. Even wagered over $9,000 on NFC Championship.
