#16Justin7,
Pinnacle let me open an account from a location in the U.S. by selecting another country in the drop down menu.
Are you saying that if I fraudulently find a way to fund my account with $100 and run my balance up to $16,000 that Pinnacle would have no excuse to not pay me????????Comment -

Unless it's normal for books to not have Louisiana in their list of selectable states, and he should have known what it meant..Comment -

#28unREALLLL!!!
i dont get their logic
if they want to use all those rules to deny a player the chance to sign up and play there, fine
but once the player is playing there, all those rules don't matter anymore
if they want to use those rules to close a player's account who has been playing there, fine............BUT PAY HIM THE FUKIN BALANCE IN FULL!!!!!!!Comment -

#29How does a player who lives in Louisana go all the way down to Texas? There are many states in between Louisana to Texas he could have picked. If he/she thought it was a glitch, he would have picked the closest state alphabetically instead of hunting all the way for Texas.
The part about contract law is a puzzler. I would not use the argument of a contract because a contract is void for illegal activity. The DOJ has stated that the wire act makes sports wagering online illegal.
It comes down to this....One of the only ways to hold US serving books accountable is their reputation. Quality books care about their reputation. Their reputation gives them the monetary backing to become more successful. Legends, 5dimes, and DSI are high rated because their reputation is very good.
A D+ rated is a millimeter above a scam book. While this video was well done and informative, it should also spell out that this is a D+ rated book and that D+ rated book is a risk to honor any contract or keep their word in any situation.
No motivation to pay the book will not as obviously people are still willing to deposit on sub-standard books despite an abundance of information out there. Player played on crap book, player got burned..should anyone really be agog about thisComment -
