SBR Free Picks

As far as handicapping goes, i've always been a basketball man, and took this football season as my chance to get started in that sport. So far so good but I discovered SBR two days ago and thought it was a great active forum.

I've bet baseball a few times but never seemed to have any skill at it so stayed away. Yesterday I saw 5 free picks on the sites main page, all baseball, and thought, hey, why not, i'm going to parlay the four best ones. Being an Oakland A's fan I didn't trust betting on my team.

Needless to say my 50 dollar parlay turned into 500 cash in my account. Even the A's pick I didn't use was a winner. Not a bad day for the main page handicappers. Good job and thanks!

There's some good info depending where you look, not always going to agree with everyone but that's whats so great about being able to kick ideas around and bounce feedback off one another here. Welcome to the forum Andrew and glad you found us!

I can honestly say thats the first time i've ever used free picks on a website, just thought it was funny turned out that way. I bet parlays occasionally for fun but nothing more then that, 99% of my action goes to straight bets because I like to think i'm handicapping not gambling.
