I have read threads on both. I play at 5Dimes but was looking to have a credit shop as well. Is there a major difference with these two shops?

#2Credit Wager is a easier process, Black Dog they need your Job and income info.
I know CW getting paid there is no problem, I cant say the Same for BG,(Never played there)but it sounds like what everyone has been paid by them. Both will work CW is just less to go through as far as signing up! CW u just have to send in a Passport, DL ectComment -

#3The biggest difference is an actual voice on the other end of the phone.

#4I think I was the first on here to play at BlackDog so I have experience there. I don't want to be considered a shill or anything I just love how I have been treated there. in response to GM2022 comment which may be true but BlackDog from what David and the gang have told me was that they have this process in place to weed out College Kids and barreled in individuals who are just trying to take a shot at a credit shop. I wont bash Creditwagering because I don't play there but i can tell you that Blackdog have some of the best customer service reps n the business.Comment -

#5I also am attracted to Creditwagering giving a 1000.00 line of credit compared to 500.00 at Blackdog.Comment -

#6Yes Blackdog usually starts off with 500.00 but that amount easily goes up with payment history. BlackDog likes to build a relationship with it's customers.
Not bad mouthing Creditwagering here but I'm not sure about the business model of giving anyone with an e-mail addy a 1000.00 credit line.Comment -

#9Yes. Blackdog requires 50K a year verified income. Thus usually start off with a 500 credit limit. Which is 1% of income.Comment -

#13Both Shops pay, Blackie Does have A toll free number to call which CW doesnt.
To me as long as I can chat live that is all I need. I guess I was just a lil bitter I
didnt qualify for Black Dog because I make only 40k a year! But No knock to either Book. Both our quality Books!Comment -

#14creditwagering has no credibility at all and high risk and no one ever heard of them
Blackdog is well respected and has guidelines so HS and College kids cannot bet like Creditwagering
Easy call, BlackdogComment -

#18look at what giving credit to anyone has done for the us economy and ask yourself would you rather trust your money to a bank that gives credit to anyone or trust your money to a bank that is a bit more conservative and is careful with who they extend credit to.Comment -

#19The only advantage you have at CW is you start out with $1000 line of credit instead of $500.
BD has a phone which comes in handy when the books get knocked off line. That has happened once to BD and at least 5 times with CW.
BD pays on Mondays and CW on Thursdays.
BD has offices and references and no one knows whow CW is.
The line of credit at BD can go up quick and you have to remember a higher line of credit can lead to more losses !!!! Not always a good thing.
Best thing is to try them both and see for yourself.Comment
