What are you implying? That I was developmentally challenged and had learning and behavioral disabilities in school? Yes, I faced many obstacles growing up as a result of some less-than-ideal genetic and biological factors I was born with, as well as some unfortunate decisions my mother made regarding substances she chose to put in her body when I was in utero, as well as an unfortunate incident that happened right after I was born as a result of clumsiness on the part of the nurses and doctors who were handling me. And yes I was put in what they called "special" classes to deal with them, and to learn and adjust "at my own pace" and "in my own way". And one thing I learned in those classes was that I am a valuable person regardless of whatever "shortcomings", by society's definitions, I may have, and however I may be "different" from "normal" people.

So yes I did ride a short bus to school and yes it was for the reasons you are implying, but no it does not mean that I am any less of a valuable person than you or anyone else on here.

Sorry but it is still a sore subject for me.
