I have yet to see any official source saying he almost bled out. And even if he did so what? Do you know how many people almost bleed out every day and make a full recovery? Its not a lasting injury its an in the moment injury. he didnt bleed out, that wont effect him.

So just because he thinks he will be ready for July and Giardi thinks itll be a bit later then that his career is over?

There is a small chance he does not heal 100% and its a career ending injury, but that chance is small and there is no evidence yet for people to start spewing his career is over.

Again there is absolutely 0 evidence his career is over. All articles saying its career ending is quoting the same doctor who knows no specifics of the injury what so ever except that it was an open fracture.

So far it hasnt been reported that ligaments were torn so that takes away that guys main argument and it was announced that there were no microfractures which is a HUGE plus. Theres about another 999999999 factors that go into this if itll be a career ending injury.
