    Line Servies
Which ones are recommended? How much of a lag is their on the free SBR Odds? Thinking of a different approach for NBA and NHL other than the capping I do for CBB, MLB, NFL, and CFB.

There is no reason to pay for a line service with SBRlines available. Ever.

DonBest is the best but its also the most exspensive.

The services use applications that you download on your computer. SBR's is web based. An application will always be faster by a couple of seconds depending on where you are in the world (our servers are in costa rica). But all the services including SBR use the exact same feeds.

That is mostly correct, but there are often long stretches during the day where the lines are off or simply not updated for some books.

I've tried all the major line services and they all suck to varying degrees (i.e. they're frequently unreliable) . That said, I'm happy with the combination of SBR Odds and Sports Insights - I use them simultaneously to validate each other's lines.

thats what I was questioning. I wasn't sure how accurate and how much, if any the SBR Odds lag was. I usually have Pinny lines up on 1 screen, SBR Odds on another, and the odds for my books that aren't on the banner on my other computer. If the free odds are reliable enough where I can use that I will continue to do so. I was just wondering if anyone used any line services or would recommend such because there are some books that I use that are no on the sbr banner. I also tried out sportsoptions and really liked it.

SportsInsights is solid for the price.

SBR is the best free one and holds their own against paid services

Bang for your buck and quick loading of screens and navigation and accuracy as far as paid services go Sports Insights wins in a landslide and you cannot beat the $70 a month price.
