Still doesn't work Robyn. Keep this thread going till a mod sees it and gives us a response. It's ridiculous that most people are having problems and only a few priviledged ones can use this wonderful feature. So far only Robyn, gm2022 and crazyL have confirmed no problems. Everyone else is barelled out.

Might want to try resetting password on forum then logging in with new details to see if that helps.

I think we narrowed the problem down to explorer. Apparently firefox users have no problems.

I stopped using explorer a while ago. I am typically reluctant to change, but I am glad that I did. Firefox is sooooooooo much better.

I think firefox is a browser jrich. I don't know how to get it. We need a techie to help. Still baffles me though why the explorer users are at a disadvantage over firefox users in sbrchat

IE does weird things with cookies. After you clear the cookies make sure to shut down IE and open it back up. We've tested sbrchat for IE quite a bit, but FF is still a better browser. Also you can try to new Google Chrome browser i believe that also works with chat.
