Gregg Williams apologizes to the NFL, the Rams coach Jeff Fisher and the Rams fans but his bounty program devastates the Saints and does alot of lasting damage to new orleans, and he doesnt apologize to Saints fans. He is lucky Favre and alot of these guys are tough and someone wasn't seriously injured, some of these guys and Williams really should face criminal actions and lawsuits.Comment
