Not usually, pre-season games are usually on Tsn, Sportsnet or Leafs tv - in Toronto, it also depends on where in Canada the game is (if it is in Canada), the tv networks have regional coverage.

I have the NHL Centre Ice package, so I'll get to see it if televised.
