i thought this would be easy just tried it. did 23 and crapped out. when i was frickin 13 i used to do sets of 30. dont think ive done 30 push ups since that age.

ok "30 in a minute" i did it. as long as there is no stipulations as to doing it all at once. I did 3 sets of 10 in 47 seconds easy

I'll do 6 sets of 5 over a 2 hour period. Each set will take 10 seconds.

good workout coach. 2 questions are those swim goggles you got on and could that chin up bar hold tt warrior? Be carefull also don't want that weight to hit you in the nuts during the workout.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. I'm sitting in my office, but I'm going to try it when I get home.

I still keep relatively fit, but don't bother with much upper body work anymore. I'm confident I could do 30 before I stop, but I wouldn't be surprised if I fail miserably. Like you, 30 pushups in sets was once a common thing... this could be interesting.
