Really thinking about not using 5dimes anymore

The site the last few days has been terrible. It tells me after I try to place a wager that my session has expired and I have to relogin. Sometimes it says that even when I am just trying to see the lines. Then today I go to make a few hockey wagers and only 1 game out of the 5 has all the the PL/ML/Over-Under/Regulation/and OT lines while the rest only have PL/ML/Over-Under.

I have no problem with paypal or my bank account. It just started happening with the login thing 2 days ago.

One last thing I forgot to add is when I got to actually place the wager and put in my password for the second time the next page will say there is a problem with the server or it timed out or something like that.

Yea it's not just you...It was impossible to try to put in Live in play bets last night..every time I went to confirm it logged me out.

It's been happening to me for a while. I sometimes get other errors as well, but can just hit the back button and everything is ok. With the session timeout tho I have to login again. Shit is annoying.

Its not the address. Ive been having the same problem. Site keeps asking for password to be re-entered. Minor problem i am sure they will get corrected. Nowhere near a reason to stop playing there.

Started playing there a few weeks ago when i realized how much of a shit book heritage is. Couldnt be happier with experience there so far. All the betting options you could ever need. Which is what heritage sorely lacks

Exactly, only time I have to deal with CS is when requesting a payout, which sucks that I can't just login and and request without dealing with them, but I guess it don't matter.

I will say this for the millionth time, I have had maybe 8 or 9 chats with Tony over the years, never given me an ounce of attitude.
I start the phone call (or chat) *respectfully* going straight into the details of the nature of the problem, being polite from jump street, I get nothing but respect back, if I am wrong, I apologize, and he says "no worries", if I am right, he fixes the problem, not 2 days from when the phone call terminates, but within an hour or so after the call.

Well how long is this going to take to get fixed, I have been having problems for days know, I have called, I have live chatted and I keep getting told that there has been no other complaints of this and it is my computer. First time I said ok checked everything out my computer is fine, missed putting a bet in last night because everytime I tried is said "your wager has already been entered" which it hadnt. 15 minutes later still doing it and the game started- it won not the end of the world I just dont want it to take 45 minutes to put in all my bets, if I wanted that headache I would just call my local and try to decipher his horrible english. Are they ever going to fix this??
