What is considered a large bet?

First time poster, long time gambler.

I was wondering what the the top Sportsbooks would say are large wagers? I was reading that 5dimes would lower your max bets if you start to win too much with large bets.

For betting on the point spread, is a bet over $1000 consider large, or a bet of $5000?

Some Books have less than a dime on a game as there Max Bet.

I know some books will take 10k bets but you have to call in!

For most books offshore a large bet is anything over 2k or so

The wise guy shops maybe 10k
