5dimes deposit problems

Ok i have to vent a little bit, I use 5dimes for there reduced juice football and MMA bets. They used to accept Primapin and i heard they went out of buisness or 5dimes decided not to use them anymore. I called 5dimes CS in the past and they dont except Credit Cards or Debit (like a lot of books due ).

So i do Money to Money Western Union and Money Grams.
Well on 3 seperate times they said they dont have anymore names availible and could not do any transactions. I consider this bad CS and dont want people's money or buisness. Has this happen to anyone else ??

Thats the only thing i can complain about There Sportsbook is good, CS is pretty good and payouts are fast,but there deposit issues kinda make me think there more a B to B+ book not a A. If they got there deposit issues straight i would say A

5Dimes did go through a stretch where they couldn't accept ** or **. Then again the same could be said about Matchbook not to long ago. I personally can't hold that against books considering the current conditions of processing U.S. players funds.

I agree Dan that they are jsst trying to watch there backs, so not using CC or debit as deposit makes sense. but not getting a bunch of names in the ** and ** database so we can fund are accounts doesnt.

Matchbook offers "unlimited" free withdrawals via Moneybookers. This is very good.
