Sorry, somewhat late to the party here, but there's not a deadline or anything for a while, is there? I'm 90% likely to come, but just can't think about this right now as I don't even have a job.

As I recall, my room is guaranteed for the two nights due to my Pro status, right?

That's great, Sam, but will you potentially run out of rooms to cover for Pros? In other words, should I just register now regardless of my uncertainty to guarantee my room? Or are you saying I don't need to worry, there are plenty and I can register all the way up to some late deadline. Please elaborate. Thanks! As I said, 90% sure I'm gonna go, but there are a lot of factors.

I'm pretty sure Pros are guaranteed rooms up until the late deadline (which is in a few months). Hope you can make it Mitch

July 16th is going to be the cutoff date for registration and room reservations

No need to worry since you are a Pro. Rooms will be available for all Pros.

What if you know that you will attend the bash(the two days)

But you don't know if you might arrive 2 days early or leave 2 days later for the extended rate hotel? Is there also a way to find out how much it would be at the discount rate?

The problem with not booking the extra days could cause you to not get them at the reduced rate if you wait to long. The rooms are based on first come availability when booked.
