It is terrible there Cs is great thou but that layout needs upgrading smiley faces for a win and you can't tell what's still pending from what was a bet smh

really hard to navigate. the pending bet is not listed under "open and processed bets" which is misleading, they are under "all the bets".

The layout is bad. I only deposited there once because of it. It's hard enough to bet winners, I don't need a hard time navigating through the site.

whats so hard to navigate, left column full of the sorts to bet. click on one that brings up all the leagues (ex) NBA, NCAA tournament, Euroleague. then click the team you want to bet which brings up the betslip on the right column. finally a confirmation screen

it is the worst site ive ever seen too...mailed me a free bet flyer and went there and knew immediatley no way id ever make a deposit there

Took a free play they gave out to old VIP players and made a small deposit, but haven't been back for the same reason everyone has mentioned here. They are a decent safe book but they definitely need to upgrade their software.

- I have to "logon" about three times before it actually logs me on.

- If you leave your browser open on their page, eventually the links stop working and you have to refresh/logon again.

-It's nearly impossible to find the halftime lines.

-They never have competitive odds except for prop bets.

-Their rollover requirements are ridiculous.

-They don't have a single free payout method for US customers.

I used to hate the layout when I joined like 12 years ago. But it grows on you. I actually like it now. It's an aquired taste .
